ARRANJO PRODUTIVO LOCAL: CONTRIBUIÇÕES DOS AGENTES DO APL DO LEITE DE SANTANA DO LIVRAMENTO/RS

Resumo

O estudo teve como objetivo principal identificar como se determinam as relações interorganizacionais dos diversos agentes que atuam no APL do Leite de Santana do Livramento. Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo com membros de diferentes instituições que atuam como agentes do APL, sendo que os dados obtidos foram analisados através da técnica de análise interpretativa, e para definir o tipo de rede em que o APL se encontra, foi utilizada a tipologia sugerida por Hoffmann et al. (2004). Os resultados encontrados apontam que a participação dos agentes não é completamente ordenada e os processos de governança não ocorrem como prevê a literatura. Com relação as tipologias, verificaram-se que o APL se classifica como de direcionalidade vertical, de localização aglomerada, de relações não contratuais e de relações de poder não orbital.

LOCAL PRODUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT: CONTRIBUTIONS OF SANTANA DO LIVRAMENTO / RS MILK APL AGENTS

The main objective of this study was to identify how the interorganizational relations of the various agents that act in the APL of the Milk of Santana do Livramento are determined. For that, a study was carried out with members of different institutions that act as agents of the APL, and the data obtained were analyzed through the interpretive analysis technique, and to define the type of network in which the APL is found, was used the typology suggested by Hoffmann et al. (2004). The results show that the participation of the agents is not completely ordered and the governance processes do not occur as the literature predicts. Regarding the typologies, it was verified that the APL is classified as vertical directionality, agglomerated location, non-contractual relationships and non-orbital power relations.
